Do I need a credit card to start the free trial? +

No. You can start your 14-day free trial with just an email address and your marketplace seller account. No payment details required until you decide to continue.

What counts as an "order"? +

Each order processed through Margincore counts as one order, regardless of which marketplace it came from. Returns, cancellations, and replacements are included within the same order count and do not consume additional quota.

Can I change my plan anytime? +

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is GST included in the price? +

All displayed prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added at checkout. GST invoices are generated automatically for all paid plans and are available in your account dashboard.

Do you offer annual billing? +

Yes — annual billing is available at a discount. Contact us at contact page to set up an annual subscription and save.

What happens when my trial ends? +

At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account will be paused — your data is retained for 30 days so you can come back anytime.
